Building on last year’s conference, Stable Mass Transfer in Binaries: from Onset to Remnants, this follow-up workshop aims to tackle the key challenges and opportunities identified during our previous discussions. The primary goal of SMT 2.0 is to define actionable projects and next steps to advance our understanding of stable mass transfer. While the workshop will feature a few introductory and overview talks, the program is designed to be hands-on and collaborative, emphasizing brainstorming, small-group project work, and targeted discussions.
